"A Wild Life for Wildlife" Animal Sculptures

"A Wild Life for Wildlife" Animal Sculptures

Does your kiddo love animals? If you find yourself downtown next to The Oculus, you must check out artists Gillie and Marc’s whimsical bronze animal statues. While playful, the husband and wife duo created this series to help raise awareness of endangered species. At each statue, there’s a QR code you can scan to learn more about the threats that face each animal. The exhibition “encourages the public to become a part of the journey with endangered animals. It allows them to learn and understand why each of these species is in trouble.” And if you feel so inclined to contribute to the couple’s mission of helping these gorgeous animals, you can check out a variety of ways to give back on their website.
